Scallops

Scallops is for thanksgiving recipe, nice preparation for holiday occasion.

Ingredients:
For 4 servings
1 small chopped shallot
150 ml white wine
400 ml fish stock
125 g cold butter
Salt, pepper
16 scallops in the shell
2 tablespoons chopped chives

Method - Scallops
