Salmon Satey

Salmon Satey is a chinese new year recipe, the Salmon Satey is a type of appetizer sushi recipe. Serve for Chinese new year special occasion.

Ingredients:
8 pieces
50 g fine mayonnaise
1 tsp lime juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
75 g double cream fresh cheese
3 tablespoons cream
4 sprigs dill
Salt, pepper
Paprika
8 slices of smoked salmon or fresh whole
Salmon
8 cooked prawns

Method - Salmon Satey
1.For the filling, a mix the mayonnaise with the lime juice, ginger, cream cheese and cream.

2 Place the dill Wash, shake dry and chop half small. Chopped dill give the mayonnaise, season to taste with the spices.

3 The salmon slices spread side by side flat, spread the cheese mixture on it and roll up.

4.Salmon rolls into slices and cut with 1 Gamba stuck on small skewers. Garnish with remaining dill.
