Pumpkin Spice Bread

Pumpkin Spice Bread is excellent Great texture, beautiful color, rises perfectly The best pumpkin bread recipe that I've ever tried Glad I ran into it.

Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 eggs, lightly beaten
2 (16 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
2 cup vegetable oil
4 cups sugar

Method - Pumpkin Spice Bread
In the large bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs.

Put pumpkin and mix well. Mix dry ingredients; add to the pumpkin mixture at the same time with water.

Serve into two greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pans. Make at 350 degrees F for 60-65 minutes or until bread tests done.

Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack cool completely.
