Pancakes with pumpkin seeds and syrup recipe is an Halloween recipe pancake

Ingredients:
For 4 servings
100 g flour
300 ml milk
Salt
3 eggs
40 g of ground pumpkin seeds
40 g butter
2 tablespoons oil
Pumpkin seeds
8 tbsp maple syrup
Ground cinnamon

Method - pancakes with syrup and pumpkin seeds
1 Put the flour in a bowl, mix smooth with milk and salt and 20 minutes
let soak. Then stir in the eggs and ground pumpkin seeds.

2 Heat a little butter and oil in a frying pan
and bake the dough one at a thin pancake.
