Lemon chicken with carrots and leeks celebrating the fathers day season.

Ingredients:
For 4 servings
600 g carrots
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 kg chicken legs
2 leeks
Peel of 1 / 2 untreated lemon
125 ml lemon juice
275 ml white wine

Method - Lemon chicken with carrots and leeks
