Frankish onion

Frankish onion its Yummy next time though I will need to add less onion stock because It was a lttle bit sloppy. My kind of flavours though.

Ingredients:
For 4 servings
375 g flour
1 pinch salt
1 egg
105 g butter
1 / 2 cube yeast
175 ml lukewarm milk
750 g onions
150 g smoked bacon
150 g crème fraîche
3 small eggs
Salt
Caraway
Flour for rolling
