Tuna skewers with Chermoula

Tuna skewers with Chermoula is an authentic barbecue, crunchy and yummy.

Ingredients:
For 4 servings
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 / 2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
1 / 2 bunch coriander
1 / 2 tsp ground cumin
1 / 2 tsp ground saffron
1 / 2 tsp harissa
125 ml olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
500 g tuna
Salt, pepper

Method - Tuna skewers with Chermoula
1.For Chermoula a peel the onion and the garlic, onion, finely grind and crush the garlic. Onion and garlic mix.

2.Wash and shake dry the herbs, and chop. Add chopped herbs and garlic with the onion mixture mix. Cumin, saffron and harissa, blend below. Everything with the oil and lemon juice mix and covered 60 minutes achieved before.

3. Place the tuna into bite-size pieces, brush with the Chermoula and let stand at least 1 hour covered.

4. Place the tuna on skewers and grill then put on a hot grill around about 5 minutes.
