Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1 refrigerated pie dough crust
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
½ cup raspberry or strawberry fruit spread
1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
Powdered sugar, optional

Method - Tiara Tarts
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

2. Lightly coat 16 standard muffin pan cups with cooking spray and set aside.

3. Using a 21/2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out 16 circles from the pie crust, Place a circle of dough in the center of each muffin tin, pressing gently to form a slight edge up the
sides, about Ysinch. Using a fork, pierce in several places and bake 7 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven. Cool completely on cooling rack.

4. Meanwhile, arrange almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 1 to 11/2 minutes, or until golden.

5. Place fruit spread and rind in a microwave-safe small bowl and heat on HIGH (100%) 15 seconds, or until slightly melted. Stir with a fork until well blended.

6. Spoon equal amounts of raspberry spread on top of each tart, about 1 teaspoon each. Top with vertical almond slices and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving, if desired. Makes 16 tarts
