Halloween Green Eggs
Halloween Green Eggs is easily create a spooky but very edible centerpiece for Halloween by making Deviled Eggs with avocados instead of mayonnaise, Serve for Halloween Party.
Ingredients:
½ cup parsley, chopped
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoens dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 egg whites
1 pound extra-lean ground turkey
1/4 cup plain Instant oatmeal
1 tablespocii olive oíl
Hot Tomato Dipping Sauce (recipe follows)
Method - Halloween Green Eggs
I. Place parsley, bell pepper, relish, herbs, salt, pepper and egg whites in food processor fitted with metal chopping blade. Cover and pulse un:ll bell pepper Is finely minced. Add turkey and plain oatmeal: pulse 2 or 3 tImes, until just mixed. Chill mixture 15 mir utes.
2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Use a tablespoon to form oval, egg-shaped meatballs (about 1.5 ounces per egg.) Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides and place on nonstick baking sheet.

HOT TOMATO D4PPIHG SAUCP
2 tablespoens low-sodium tomato paste
½ cup vegetable stock or water
½ cup tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
Hot pepper sauce to taste Blend all Ingredients in small saucepan and cook over low heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and serve.
